These details get expensive after the fact and are simple to plan up front, which is why our kitchen remodel plumbing is designed with the layout, not around it.

Opening up a kitchen usually means rethinking the work triangle between the stove, sink and refrigerator and adding an island for prep space and seating. If that means taking out a wall, we check what’s inside it first, including whether it’s load-bearing, before anything comes down.
Cabinetry choices get made alongside countertop, tile and layout decisions, not in isolation, so storage fits the way the finished room works. Template and fabrication typically take a few weeks between measurement and install, since most countertop materials are cut to order.

If your kitchen still runs on original galvanized supply lines, we’ll flag it during planning, so replacing that section while the walls or floor are already open is a decision you make on purpose, with a clear cost.

Do I need a permit to remove a kitchen wall?
If the wall is load-bearing, a structural plan and permit are typically required before removal, and we identify that during the on-site evaluation and coordinate the permitting.
Can you add cabinets or storage without remodeling the whole kitchen?
Yes. A new pantry wall or added storage can be a standalone project that doesn’t touch the rest of the room.
