Plumbing for Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels in Fort Collins & Surrounding Areas

Built to Last

The Plumbing Behind Every Great Remodel

A kitchen or bathroom remodel lives or dies on what’s happening behind the walls. Moving a sink, adding a second vanity, running a gas line for a new range: all of it depends on plumbing done right the first time. Rugged Ridge Construction builds this in-house on every remodel we take on, which is one of the biggest differences between us and a general contractor who subs it out.

What We Offer

Planned Early. Executed Clean.

We handle the rough-in, gas lines, and fixture placement as part of your remodel’s design, not as an afterthought once walls are open.

Our remodel plumbing services include:

Each project is planned so the plumbing supports the design, not the other way around.

Our Advantage

One Team, No Guesswork

Planned With the Design

Moving a sink or adding a gas line gets planned alongside the layout, not worked around after the design is locked.

In-House From Rough-In to Finish

Our master plumber handles rough-in through final fixture install, so plumbing and construction decisions get made together.

One Schedule, No Handoffs

No waiting on an outside plumber before cabinets or tile can go in.

The goal is a remodel where the plumbing never becomes the story.

Our Commitment

Plumbing Planned In, Not Patched On

We’ve held to one standard since 2022: quote it accurately, schedule it honestly, finish it properly. On a remodel, that means plumbing gets planned alongside the design from day one, not treated as a problem to solve once walls are already open.

Wisetack financing is available if the full remodel runs past your initial budget. We’ll go through it with you at the estimate.

Our Philosophy

The 3D Approach

Every project we take on is guided by three simple principles that ensure extraordinary results, every time.

Dream

We start by listening deeply. Your vision, your lifestyle, your family’s needs, everything shapes the design we create together.

Design

Our team develops a precise plan, selecting materials and layout with both beauty and budget in mind. No surprises, just clarity.

Deliver

Skilled tradesmen execute every detail to the highest standard. On time, on budget, and with care that shows in the final result.

The Foundation of a Remodel That Lasts

Cosmetic finishes are what you see. Plumbing is what determines whether the remodel actually works five to ten years from now. We build it to the same standard as everything else at Rugged Ridge: precise, code-compliant, and done once instead of redone twice.

Common Remodel Scenarios We Plan Around

Moving a kitchen sink to an island means running new supply and drain lines under the slab or through the subfloor, along with a vent that meets code. It’s a bigger job than it looks like on a mood board. Adding a second vanity to a primary bathroom usually means splitting an existing supply line and adding a new drain tie-in, which is far easier to plan before tile goes down than after. A gas range upgrade often needs a new gas line entirely, which usually means the utility has to be involved on top of the plumbing itself. These are the kinds of details that get expensive to fix after the fact and straightforward to plan for up front.

Old Pipe, New Layout

Many of the homes we remodel in Fort Collins and the surrounding area still have original galvanized supply lines or aging cast iron drains. A remodel is often the most cost-effective time to replace those sections, since the walls or floor are already open. We’ll flag this during the planning phase so it’s a decision you make on purpose, with a clear cost, rather than a surprise once demolition starts.

One Team, Start to Finish

Because the same team handles plumbing, framing, and finish work, a change mid-project (deciding to move the shower six inches, moving a supply line for a second vanity) gets absorbed into the existing schedule instead of triggering a delay while a sub gets scheduled back in. That flexibility is one of the more practical benefits of in-house plumbing, even if it’s not the first thing people think to ask about.
