The Heart of Your Home
A Bathroom Remodel Built Right, From the Plumbing Up
Rugged Ridge Construction remodels bathrooms across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley and the rest of Northern Colorado, from a custom vanity to a complete bathroom renovation. What sets our bathroom remodels apart starts behind the walls. Our plumbing is in-house, led by owner Brad Loper, a Colorado master plumber, so the same team handles your plumbing, framing and finish work.
That pays off in a bathroom. Shower slope, valve placement, drain location and waterproofing determine whether a new bathroom actually works five to ten years from now, not just on day one. We plan those details alongside the design, so the room you want sits on a solid base.

Our Advantage
Why a Plumbing-Led Bathroom Remodel Holds Up
Tailored to Your Style
In-House Plumbing
Cohesive by Design
A bathroom remodel lives or dies on what’s happening behind the walls, so on a walk-in shower we treat that groundwork as the most important part of the job. That means waterproofing goes on before any tile, and drain and slope work gets verified before the finish layer goes down. Our walk-in shower remodel page covers how we build them.
The same thinking applies to the rest of the room. Adding a second sink usually means splitting an existing supply line and adding a new drain tie-in, so we map out the plumbing behind your remodel alongside the design, before any tile goes down. And if your Fort Collins home still has original galvanized supply lines, we’ll flag them during planning, so replacing them while the walls are open is a decision you make with a clear cost in hand.
A Featured Bathroom Remodel: Owner's Suite Oasis
This 1980s home had a small, dated primary bath. We took out the wall to the old guest bath and moved everything forward so the new bathroom gets the big window and its wooded view. The finished space has a freestanding tub, a terrazzo-tiled shower, a separate toilet room with extra storage and a double walnut vanity where there used to be one sink. See the full Owner’s Suite Oasis project for photos.

Bathroom Remodel FAQs
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Fort Collins?
It depends on your project. We don’t sell canned packages, because no two renovations are the same job. During your free 3D Session we walk the room, scope the actual project and give you a written investment range before we leave.
Can you add a second sink where there’s only one now?
Yes, depending on wall space and where the existing plumbing runs. We evaluate both during the initial walkthrough, since they affect layout and cost.
Is heated flooring worth it?
It’s a popular add-on in Northern Colorado bathrooms, given how cold tile gets in winter, and it’s easiest to add while the floor is already open.
Do I need to source my own fixtures?
No. We handle material and fixture selection as part of design and walk you through the options.
Estimates and Financing
Your estimate is free, and you’ll know what you’re building and what it costs before anyone commits. If you’d rather pay over time, we offer Wisetack financing options, and you can prequalify today.
Our Philosophy
The 3D Approach
Every project we take on is guided by three simple principles: Dream, Design, Deliver.
Dream
We start by listening to your vision and how your family uses the room.
Design
Our team then develops a precise plan, selecting materials and layout with both beauty and budget in mind.
Deliver
Finally, skilled tradesmen build it to the plan, with care that shows in the finished room.
