I had a great experience with Brad from Rugged Ridge Construction and highly recommend him. I had a persistent leak in my bathtub, and because my fixtures are older, it wasn’t a simple fix. He had to come back twice to make sure everything was fully resolved, and he stayed committed to getting it right. What I really appreciated was how he tried to keep costs down and avoid tearing into the wall more than necessary. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers instead of just going for the most expensive option. On top of that, he was always punctual, professional, and very polite. Brad was very professional and did an amazing job putting a shower in my basement replacing a tub/shower combination. He was very particular making sure that everything fit like it should in a place that was that wasn’t square. Great group of upstanding people! Very considerate of our home more importantly, fantastic work! Brad is super about giving us a timeline and letting us know what is going on every step of the way. If it isn’t something you thought of, he has already got it in mind. They ask a lot of questions to be sure you get exactly what you have envisioned for your space. Rugged Ridge provides quality you can trust. We just recently used them to do some much needed home renovations to our kitchen, living room, and bathroom, along with some roof work, and painting(interior/exterior). If you are looking for thorough communication, attention to detail, guided support, and work you can be proud of then I would look no further. Recently worked with Brad and Rugged Ridge construction to remodel part of our bathroom and make a space for an infrared sauna. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and very happy with the end result. This project coincided with the birth of our son and Brad was very flexible working around our schedule. He and the subcontractors he worked with for the project were all very communicative, professional and respectful of our time and schedule. Cannot be happier with how Brad and Rugged Ridge operate and their results!! If you are looking for a communicative, timely, skilled and kind contractor, HIRE RUGGED RIDGE!
