The Lakehouse

The Lakehouse was a whole-home transformation for a lakefront property. Outside, the dated wood deck and stairs gave way to a new deck with cable railing, the exterior was updated with board-and-batten siding, and the front entry was rebuilt with a new garage door, paver walkway and landscaping. Inside, the old sunroom became an open great room with a glass garage door that opens onto the lake deck, the dining room gained a white brick fireplace and new wood floors, and the basement was gutted and finished as a family room with built-in cabinetry and a modern stair railing.
