The Finishing Touch
The Details That Change How a Room Feels
Fixtures do more work than people give them credit for. A new faucet, a better showerhead, a toilet that actually performs: these are small changes that make a kitchen or bathroom feel finished instead of dated. Rugged Ridge Construction installs and upgrades fixtures throughout Fort Collins and Northern Colorado with the same in-house plumbing precision behind every remodel we build.

Our Advantage
Small Upgrade, Full Attention
Matched to Your Design
We help select fixtures that match the rest of the room, so an upgrade looks intentional.
Installed by a Licensed Plumber
Faucets, toilets, and showerheads get installed by our licensed master plumber, not treated as a quick add-on.
Tested Before We Leave
Fixtures get checked under real water pressure before we call the job done.
The goal is an upgrade that looks like it was always there.
Our Commitment
Every Fixture Held to the Same Standard
Since 2022, Rugged Ridge Construction has run on one rule: quote it accurately, schedule it honestly, finish it properly. That applies whether we’re installing one faucet or outfitting an entire remodel.
If you’re bundling several upgrades into one visit, Wisetack financing can help spread the cost. Ask us about it at the estimate.
Rugged Ridge Construction is a registered Colorado plumbing contractor (Reg. No. 5335). Plumbing work is led by Brad Loper, Colorado master plumber license no. 3001338.

A Simple Upgrade With Real Impact
Fixture upgrades are one of the most cost-effective ways to refresh a kitchen or bathroom without a full remodel. They’re also a natural fit alongside a bigger project. If you’re already updating a room, it’s the right time to replace anything original to the house.
Matching Fixtures to the Rest of the Room
A single mismatched fixture stands out more than people expect. A brushed nickel faucet next to a matte black towel bar, or a chrome showerhead in a room full of warm brass, reads as unfinished even if everything else in the room is right. We look at the room as a whole (cabinetry, hardware, lighting) before recommending a fixture finish, so an upgrade actually pulls the space together instead of adding one more thing that doesn’t quite match.
Installation Details That Matter More Than They Should
A faucet that leaks under the cabinet six months later usually comes down to installation, not the fixture itself: a supply line that wasn’t seated right, a seal that wasn’t set evenly, a mounting nut that was left a quarter-turn loose. Toilets are the opposite of what most people assume: a rocking toilet is almost never the wax ring, which is a seal and not a support. It usually comes down to an uneven floor, loose closet bolts, or a flange left below the finished floor after new tile went down. That’s why the last step is running the fixture under real pressure, not just a quick look.
